Elena Hagverdieva
Born in 1963 in Khabarovsk, Russian Federation.
Studied at the Faculty of Graphics at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute (1980–1985).
Member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan since 1997.
Elena Hagverdieva is a renowned Azerbaijani painter whose works are known for their rich ornamentality and cultural symbolism, merging traditional Eastern carpet motifs with contemporary artistic language. Her exhibitions have been held across Europe, the Caucasus, and the Middle East.
